get an awareness about the meaning of training and development and need of
training.

supervision, higher morale.

Training means to import information and
skills through instructions

Training is the method of increasing the
knowledge, skills and aptitudes of employee for performing a particular job

Training purpose is to enable them to do their
jobs better

Training makes newly appointed workers fully
productive with minimum time

Development is the overall formation of an
individual

Activity-1: General
discussion
Teacher give an activity card to one
student and ask to read the students and try to identify the term referred.
Situation
Name the process
which means increasing knowledge and skills of employees for doing a
particular job
Teacher appreciates their answer and explains the
term training. Then teacher explains the need for training with the help of
PowerPoint slide presentation.
After
explaining the needs of training, teacher explains the advantage of training
to employees.

training i.e. improvement of carrier .Teacher explain the point clearly.

teacher gives necessary explanation.
